Food & Beverage - Kitchen Staff

Our kitchen team focuses on quality meal execution, following the innovative direction from our Executive Chef. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Job Tasks/Duties

• Reviews incoming order tickets, executing orders in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
• Sets up station, prep product(s) as needed using provided prep lists.
• Effectively communicating with management, chefs, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees Performs necessary cleanup sanitation/maintenance for the food preparation and storage facilities.
• Uses grills, fryer, stoves, knives, slicers, blenders, and choppers as needed.
• Cleans food production, holding and serving equipment before, after and during shift.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fine-dining kitchen is preferred with prior private Club experience being a plus.
• Must be polished, professional, friendly, and be able to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to complete Food Handlers Training (In House).
