Restaurant Manager

Zest at Valencia Bonita is a casual fine dining restaurant and bar located in a resort community in Bonita Springs, FL. We are looking for a Food and Beverage leader in all aspects of service in the front of house. You will work along side of the Culinary management team to motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

The restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s service levels, pool side food service, bar and staffs leadership. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both bar service and front of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. This position is also responsible for the financial management and house account system.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy months in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Director or similar role

• Proven customer service experience as a supervisor
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
• Availability to work lunch hours dinner shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
