Looking for skilled Flooring Installers that will demo, renovate and install various types of commercial floorings products such as carpet, vinyl, wood, tile, LVT and VCT.

• Understand and accurately perform installations of all types of commercial floor preparation products, and coatings, as well as have knowledge of concrete polishing, and operate other types of floor prep machinery
• Complete workorder paperwork after each job and notify supervisor of any special circumstances including photo narratives as appropriate
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area including the use of caution signs and barriers when appropriate
• Responsible for care and cleanliness of cleaning equipment and vehicles
• Conduct moisture testing as needed
• Meet weekly production goals per assigned area
• Read blueprints and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material and tool requirements
• Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies while performing job duties
• May perform other duties or be required to work on different projects as needed

Requirements

High School diploma or GED

2+ years of flooring installation experience

Demonstrate ability to self perform work

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability

Ability to operate smartphone technology

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Able to read blueprints, sketches and other specifications required by our client

Ability to communicate effectively (spoken and written)

Must be legally eligible to work in the US

A valid Drivers License with reliable transportation

Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positions
