Mani Brothers Real estate Group a privately-held real estate investment firm that owns, renovates, operates, manages and leases 1.3 million square feet of prime, commercial property is currently recruiting for a handyman.

Duties include:

• Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Other tasks assign

Requirements

• Ability to complete daily tasks and address 20 – 30 tenant requests per day.
• Ability to provide superior customer relations through positive interaction with tenants/internal staff and responsive action in addressing their needs.

Ability to interact with vendors and suppliers so as to ensure that the best possible product and service is provided.

• Able to lift and push up to 50lbs.
• Reliable Transportation, valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving record.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
