We’re exclusively partnered with one of California's only human-flight companies. How would you like to manage their flight software team?

As a Flight Software Manager, you’ll help lead the flight software team and own the development and architecture of critical flight software and systems.

You report directly to the Director of Software and will be crucial in their first spacecraft launch in 2025!

Flight Software Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
• Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to seamlessly integrate software solutions
• Lead and manage the Flight Software team plus provide technical guidance.
• Hire new engineers to grow the team
• Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers
• Design and execute full software test cases

Flight Software Manager Requirements:

• Experience coding in C++ and Linux environments (or relevant experience)
• Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics
• Tools: Git, Make, and GNU tools
• Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
