Your Supercharged Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Experience

● Craft an atmosphere warmer than a beach in July.

● Greet, assist, and enroll members with a smile that could brighten a gloomy day.

● Lead epic studio tours, introducing newbies to the wonderland.

● Collaborate with our trainers to guide first-time adventurers on their journey.

● Supercharge membership sales, driving the success of our studio.

● Be a maestro of follow-ups with potential clients and handle member concerns with the finesse of a virtuoso.

● Dive into promotional and outreach events like a rock star, amplifying our vibrant brand.

● Form connections that last a lifetime with our Staff and Members.

● Communicate effortlessly via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.

● Be the ultimate team player, harmonizing seamlessly with colleagues and supervisors.

● Keep our studio looking sharp, ensuring it's always in top-notch shape.

● Juggle tasks with the precision of a circus performer while maintaining an organized routine.

● Be the embodiment of professionalism and punctuality.

● Be a chameleon with a flexible work schedule, ready for action on weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

Your Extraordinary Qualifications:

● A minimum of three years in the sales arena.

● At least three years of customer service experience.

● Ability to stand tall or sit comfortably for up to 8 hours.

● A goal-oriented spirit that can hit sales targets in their sleep.

● Proficiency in computer wizardry, especially in Microsoft Office.

● You've been around the sun at least 18 times (must be 18 years of age).

Skills and Superpowers You Possess:

● Consistency and reliability that could set a metronome to shame.

● Physical prowess for lifting, pushing, and reaching (up to 50 pounds).

● The ability to wield a telephone and computer like a tech-savvy wizard.

Compensation:

$50-$60K/year + commission + benefits
