Primary Duties:

• Update CRM database.
• Document preparation and file management.
• Preparing and administrating calls and meetings.
• Schedule meetings for high level executives and board members.
• Research, audit and prepare correspondence and documents for projects.

Required Skills:

• A Finance or similar degree preferred.
• Knowledge of financial/investment industry.
• Flexible, collaborative and a strong commitment to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
• 2+ years working in a support role in a business office/financial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency is Microsoft Office including Excel.
