Role Overview: As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial processes and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline the month-end close process, aiming to reduce the close timeline.
• Balance Sheet Management: Clean up and maintain the integrity of the balance sheet through detailed analysis and reconciliation.
• Accounting Processes and Procedures: Develop and implement new accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Strategic Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, contributing to financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Team Management: Mentor and supervise a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience or public+industry mix, with a proven track record of process improvement and leadership.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
