Job Description:

Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader within the financial services industry, is seeking an experienced ATM Technician for their Traverse City, MI location! This ATM Technician will possess proven electrical and mechanical experience as they will be working on both software and hardware troubleshooting of ATM machines.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Troubleshooting ATM machines.
• Troubleshooting various software/hardware products.
• Assisting with maintenance of software/hardware.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience working with hardware, networking configuration- ideally ATMs- former mechanics, people who have installed network installations, cable, etc.
• 2+ years of proven mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with break/fix of both software and hardware.
• Analytical mindset - someone who can talk through their experience and communicate a situation of breaking something down and rebuilding it.
