This position will be located in Seattle, WA
Working at Sperry Marine within Northrop Grumman Mission Systems means making a direct contribution to mission projects that keep our homeland safe, expanding the boundaries of possibility and reshaping the world we live in. We are seeking a Marine Field Service Technician to join our Sperry Marine team of qualified, diverse individuals. . Under limited supervision, the Field Service Technician applies knowledge of electronics and circuitry to test, repair, and install a group of Sperry Marne (SMI) products. Will analyze system malfunctions and make repairs under tight shipboard schedules. Will use complex schematics and/or blueprints to achieve objectives for assigned tasks.
Shipboard working environment: Occasionally must take helicopter or Launch vessel to ships at anchorage. Works on radar mast 50-60 feet above deck or on hull fitted equipment 100 feet below main deck. Works also in shipyards around new construction on ships. Works exposed to weather at times. This position will be located in Seattle, WA

Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years electronic experience, additional education and/or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Salary Range: $56,000 USD - $93,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
