What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 

• Function as an integral member of a team responsible for conducting yield trials
• Evaluate and secure quality yield trial land
• Provide input to development of new process protocols/standards
• Operate tractors for planting research plots
• Operate research combines for data collection
   

What Is Required (Qualifications)
 

• Bachelor's Degree in an agriculture-related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience post academia
• Knowledge of multiple crops tested in trialing (corn and soy)
• Clear understanding of practices impacting trial data precision and accuracy
• CDL Class A with Airbrakes or ability to acquire
   

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 

• Understanding of plant genetics and breeding
