Fairfax Cryobank (FCB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Marketing Assistant who will report to the Marketing Director. The Marketing Assistant will handle administrative and supportive tasks to support the marketing and communications sales efforts. This will include managing our monthly mailings, compiling marketing material packages, and working on key projects including social media, email, website administration and more.

Responsibilities include:

Administrative

o Compile monthly marketing packages, new hire packages, and clinic mailings

o Process marketing material requests and coordinate shipment with materials team

o Support other marketing initiatives and tasks as needed, such as conference packing, team swag orders, event support, etc.

Marketing

o Support the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media calendars

o Complete tasks including but not limited to social media support, email marketing, and website administration

Qualifications:

• College degree required, degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related major
• Experience using Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, social media
• Strong writer and copywriter, eye for detail
• Interest in the reproductive health and family-building industries
• 1-2 years marketing/communications experience
• ·Must be able to lift heavy boxes
