General Purpose:

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of our operation, including facilities, grounds, housing, and other areas as required.

Essential Duties:

• Implementation of a plan is well rounded with general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, irrigation, carpentry, fencing repairs or adding new, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains a clean appearance not only of themselves but reflects that pride to our exterior facilities including but not limited to emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and other areas when needed.
• Maintenance of small onsite swimming pool.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture at Club House.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Knowledge of small engine repairs, UTV, ATVs, and Golf Carts is a bonus.
• Ability to operate mowers and large farm equipment is a bonus.
• Performs other duties as needed.
• Must have own tools.

Education/Experience: Must have 5 years plus as a paid handyman that can be verified. Certifications or licenses are a bonus but not necessary.

Physical Demands:

Frequent use of hands. Using reaching motion with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

95% of work is performed outside in cold, wet, or humid conditions. Working near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Noise level is moderate.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences

Ability to read and speak fluent English. Skill set is for overall handyman work and ranch hand duties. Ability to communicate with supervisor daily progress of task given.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour pending skill level. Workweek is normally M-F 7am-4pm but may change. Flexibility is a must. You might be asked to work holidays and weekends pending events scheduled.
