- 3+ years experience in Schedule Coordination with a Homecare Agency
- Proficiency with Clear Care Software is a plus!
- Must have experience working in an office setting
- History of being efficient and organized
- Enjoys working and brainstorming with a team
Responsibilities:
- Match Caregivers according to the Client's desired schedule and needs
- Foster an alliance with Clients and Families regarding the schedule and care
- Optimize Caregiver's availability
- Communicate with the Billing Dept. and verify Caregiver attendance
- Assist in the support and growth of our Caregivers
- Periodic On-Call Support for our After Hours Manager
