Overview

We’re seeking an experienced .NET Web Developer to maintain, stabilize, and enhance our business-critical web applications. You’ll be a key technical contributor in a small, high-ownership environment — someone who can dig into complex legacy systems, solve real problems, and help us modernize for the future. You’ll work closely with our operations, merchandising, and customer experience teams, which means the applications you build and maintain directly support the independent jewelers and retail partners who rely on us.

You’ll work in a mix of ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC, SQL Server, and integrations with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and internal iPad apps. We’re actively expanding our use of Azure and upgrading our development environments.

What You’ll Do

1. Maintain and enhance ASP.NET applications (Web Forms + MVC) that power our order processing, customer portal, and rep support tools
2. Troubleshoot production issues across code, database, and infrastructure – you’ll be the person people count on when something breaks
3. Work with SQL Server – writing queries, stored procedures, and debugging data issues
4. Support and improve integrations with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and internal apps via web services/APIs
5. Help build and improve Azure-based dev/staging environments
6. Assist with IIS configuration and deployments
7. Collaborate with our Customer Experience, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into reliable software

What You Bring

1. 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET Framework
2. Strong experience with ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC)
3. Solid SQL Server experience
4. Experience working with web services (SOAP/REST)
5. Comfortable debugging legacy systems and taking ownership of complex codebases
6. Able to work independently – we’re a small team, and you’ll have real autonomy and accountability

Nice to Have

1. Azure experience
2. Dynamics NAV / Business Central integrations
3. Entity Framework
4. CI/CD experience

Modern Tools (Plus)

1. Interest in using AI tools and APIs to enhance applications (search, content, images)
2. Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Base salary: $95,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
