Required Skills:

· Must have 2 to 5 years of applicable experience, who is responsible for understanding the needs, motivations, and behaviors of the user.

· This individual often works with Senior Experience Researchers, Experience Designers, Product Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to develop research plans, schedule research, recruit participants, analyze research data, and create reports containing the insights gained through their research as well as recommendations.

· An Experience Researcher is familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies that can include surveys, interviews, analytics, and usability testing, and often works on multiple projects simultaneously.
