Job Description:

The Tanana Valley State Fair Association Board of Directors in Fairbanks Alaska, is seeking a full time

Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive year round management of TVSFA events and its grounds. This includes managerial, financial, supervisory, promotional, liaison and coordinator functions: overseeing events and facilities and other duties as assigned. The Board is searching for an individual with management skills who is able to oversee myriad facets of the Fair. It is very important candidates exhibit leadership, customer service skills, a willingness to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Management experience, 4 year accredited degree or equivalent experience preferred.
