Executive Chef - Madison Wisconsin

115-120k - BONUS and room to grow with this National Company.

• This Chef will oversee total culinary operations for this huge account
• Overseeing all aspects of a safe and sanitary culinary department
• Developing the culinary team
• Stay current elevating the food program across all venues
• Full financial management of the culinary department
• Ability to manage a large account with many moving pieces

Executive Chef Requirements

• A culinary degree is preferred
• 5 plus years experience in a multi-faceted culinary operation- On site dining, concessions- catering
• High level of computer literacy
• Understanding of financial concepts
