We are looking for the right Chef to continue our journey in farm to table dining. We Have developed a great following with hospitality in mind. We focus on using locally sourced seasonal foods of the mid-Atlantic. We pride ourselves on guest experience and fun approachable food and drinks. In the kitchen we are a technically driven using ferments and dry aging techniques and pushing ourselves to be better every day. We are looking for Candidates who have a solid knowledge and background, looking to push themselves and push their creativity and play with food in the best way.
