Colorado Academy’s Office of Advancement seeks an Events Manager. The position plays a key role in uniting the CA community. The core functions of the position are to manage and implement the logistics of Advancement-related events and other special events, and to plan and oversee CA’s Series for Parent Education About Kids (SPEAK) series. The person in this position works with the Advancement team, school administration, Board of Trustees, and volunteer leadership on community-building and major fundraising events, to ensure that goals and timelines are met or exceeded. As part of that, the position coordinates and represents the school with vendors and sponsors. This position also plays a key role in donor relations and stewardship, interacting with donors through events and ongoing communications.
This is a regular, full-time, 12-month position which reports directly to the Director of Advancement & External Affairs and works alongside those in the Office of Advancement, who include those involved with CA’s alumni relations, communications, donor relations, and fundraising.

Candidates will be expected to share in the day-to-day life of the school community, which includes attendance at major school events.
The pay range for this for the position is $60,000 - $75,000. Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any discrepancies that may exist do not relate to sex.
