ETL Architect - 100% Remote Full-Time (FTE)

General Responsibilities
An Epic Certified ETL Architect within the Business Intelligence realm is central to the Data and Analytics Team. They design dimensional models, ETL architectures, and implement data models for Data Migration and Data Warehousing. Responsibilities include data quality, metadata, and data lineage management. Staging databases are integrated for change data capture, error handling, and audit balance control. This role involves close collaboration with operational teams and leadership to analyze business data and implement analytics solutions. The Architect also collaborates with customers and management to set priorities and mentors team members in ETL strategies. They maintain ETL Environments with the latest software versions.

Minimum Requirements

• 7 years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse experience
• Advanced ETL experience
• Significant experience designing and implementing DWH/data mart solutions
• EPIC certification in Cogito or any Clarity Data Model is strongly preferred
• If not already Epic certified, must have applicable experience working in a large healthcare system and be willing to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire

Permanent Position – Direct-Hire – Full-Time Employee (FTE) – W2
This position is not open to 1099 or Corp-to-Corp. W2 ONLY.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

• SSIS: 4 years (Preferred)
• Business Intelligence / EDW: 7 years (Required)
• Snowflake: 3 years (Preferred)
• building data marts for consumption of data: 5 years (Preferred)
• DBT: 5 years (Preferred)
• PowerBI, Tableau, or similar: 3 years (Preferred)
• ETL: 5 years (Preferred)
• Healthcare IT: 3 years (Preferred)
