- Open new escrow transactions (review RPA, open Title, input data, etc.)

- Process escrow in accordance with established policies and procedures

- Conferring with buyers, sellers, and lending institutions

- Maintain superior follow-ups with customers to confirm all parties have received and signed necessary documents

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

- To be discrete and confidential

Requirements:

- Mandarin speaking preferred

- Minimum one year escrow experience required

- RBJ software experience preferred

- Demonstrated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Batchlor degree preferred
