Primary Services is excited to announce the ERP Developer role for a large and rapidly expanding client. This role is for the functional owner of a complex ERP environment, supporting over 30 legal entities and ongoing acquisitions. The ERP Developer will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, scalability, and continuous improvement, while acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.

Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment from a functional perspective.
2. Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot user issues, and address workflow challenges.
3. Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound system requests.
4. Lead ERP onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired entities.
5. Support full lifecycle implementations, including UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
6. Gather and translate business requirements from finance and operations teams into system solutions.
7. Oversee system configuration and identify opportunities for process improvements.
8. Collaborate with a dedicated developer on integrations, enhancements, and scalable solutions.
9. Ensure consistency and standardization across a growing multi-entity structure.
10. Mentor and guide to technical resources supporting the ERP environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3. Proven experience supporting multi-entity organizations, preferably in acquisition-driven environments.
4. Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, including UAT and go-live support.
5. Strong understanding of finance and operations workflows within ERP systems.
6. Experience managing system configurations and business process improvements.
7. Familiarity with ERP integrations and working alongside development resources.
8. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
9. Experience with data migration, system testing, and user training processes.
