We are a USA-based company looking to hire an entry-level WordPress Support Specialist to help maintain our WordPress websites. This role is ideal for someone who has recently finished school or training and is looking for their first long-term remote job with an international company.

No professional WordPress maintenance experience is required. We are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are technical, curious, and able to learn quickly.

Your main responsibility will be to safely update WordPress websites, test changes before they go live, and fix issues if something breaks.

What You Will Do

1. Learn how to use staging environments to safely test website changes
2. Update WordPress core, themes, and plugins following clear instructions
3. Check websites after updates to make sure everything looks and works correctly
4. Fix basic issues if something breaks (with guidance and documentation)
5. Push tested updates from staging to the live website
6. Perform simple website checks for performance and errors
7. Keep notes of what was updated and report any issues to the team
