Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Client Engagement: Contact potential clients and establish new relationships.
• Client Meetings: Meet clients face-to-face to understand their business needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Advertise and find new candidates using various platforms like LinkedIn.
• Candidate Management: Speak with candidates, gather information, and manage their expectations.
• Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment process through to the offer stage.
• Degree Educated: A degree is required for this role.
• Preferred Background: A sports background is preferred.
• Personality Traits: Sociable, confident, money-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals are highly desired.
