Plum is seeking an Entry Level Graphic Designer/Print Production Specialist who's passionate about providing the best product for our clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR . . .

Do you enjoy working in a high volume, fast-paced environment? Are you experienced using Adobe InDesign? If so, you may be the right fit for our team!

We’re seeking an entry level Print Production Specialist / Graphic Designer who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

You Are . . .

• Task-oriented go-getter with a knack for handling competing priorities & deadlines

• Detail-obsessed with an eye for finding those “needle in a haystack” mistakes

• Highly organized & excellent time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible and ready to adapt in an ever-changing fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat & Photoshop)

• Understanding of composition and design fundamentals, including color theory & typography

Bonus Points!

• 1+ year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment with proven success

• Bachelor's Degree in contemporary design, graphic design or related field.

• Knowledge of HTML & CSS

• Variable Data Imposition with XMPie

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON . . .

• Executing layout and composing direct mail pieces for print production
• Executing double checks & final reviews of approved final proofs before sending to print

• Communicating with cross-functional teams in regards to questions and requested edits

• Supporting design team in miscellaneous graphic design tasks & projects as needed

This position is full time and located onsite in our production facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
