We are a local marketing firm looking to hire motivated individuals for our Marketing Associate position. In this role you will help manage promotional campaigns for our clients. Throughout our fully-paid training, our marketing team will coach and develop your ability to drive production and generate new business. You will learn our proven marketing strategies, working alongside our team in a collaborative environment.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business for clients through the application of our hands-on training process.
2. Coordinate with our marketing and management team to fulfill client expectations for performance, leadership and brand representation.
3. Manage and set sales goals, interacting with client consumer bases in a face-to-face setting.
4. Identify and act on new opportunities as you follow the growth path of this entry level position.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
2. Bachelors in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields of study are encouraged, but not required.
3. Desire to grow into a leadership or management role.
4. Reliable transportation.
5. 1-2 years of brand management, customer service, marketing and sales related experience is preferred, but not required.
6. Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
