🚧 Your Impact:

1. Help stand up core EA foundations—from app inventory to integration with ServiceNow
2. Own and evolve a Tech Debt Register that’s not just a tracker—but a strategic tool to drive smarter decisions and reduce risk across the enterprise
3. Architect future-state roadmaps and cross-functional strategies (Security, Data, Integration, and more)
4. Plug into major digital transformation initiatives across ecommerce, loyalty, personalization, and more
5. Be a voice of influence—not just with your technical chops, but your ability to lead without authority

✅ You Bring:

1. Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures (bonus if you’ve touched Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Manhattan)
2. Cloud fluency (GCP or Azure preferred)
3. A knack for making sense of complexity—and bringing others along with you
4. Strong communication and self-drive (this is a lean team; you won’t be micromanaged)
