• This position is in the Construction Industry***
• Manage shop drawings, design specs, material requirements, and project data for quality and contract compliance.
• Provide technical input for project planning and risk assessment.
• Monitor daily production, schedule, and budget to ensure project performance.
• Notify team of schedule changes and propose solutions.
• Handle project cost coding and coordinate with finance and accounting teams.
• Review and approve daily timecards for construction crews.
• Ensure quality assurance and manage documentation throughout the project.
• Plan field layout and obtain necessary permits.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis for a safe work environment.
• Support estimating and design processes.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and manage project close-out checklist.
   

Disciplines - Positions are in Irrigation, Civil, and Structures.

Location - Fresno, CA, Hanford, CA, and Corcoran, CA

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 3+ years preferred
• A basic understanding of the working concepts of Heavy Civil/Tunnel/Bridge/Highway projects from start to finish - bidding process through project close out.
• Ability to understand basic project components and analyze schematics such as engineering drawings and specs; estimates, change orders, and schedules.
• Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Problem-solving abilities
   

Annual Salary range - $85,000 - $95,000 DOE

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, and skillset.)
