Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management staff with paperwork, coordinating subcontractors, processing invoices, maintaining databases, collecting expense data, and obtaining state and city licensing requirements . This job offers incredible growth potential. You will assist in real world operations and be trained to take on Project Manager rolls with in the company.

Job Duties include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Securing sub-contractors
  • Pulling permits
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Additional Job Duties Inclu de:

  • Preparation, organization, and distribution of subcontract documents, purchase orders, and proposals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Managers, Senior Office Managers, and Project Operations.
  • Assistance with miscellaneous copying, scanning, and organizing.
  • Works with corporate office staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of project invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • Some construction project work experience.
  • Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite and Bluebeam.
  • Experience with Project Management, Estimating, and Scheduling software programs is a plus!
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints is highly preferred.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
