Title: Senior SEO Specialist (Organic & AI Search)

Location: Remote / Citizens Scope of Work : Supports critical MCHS Organic & AI Search marketing efforts via execution and cross-functional delivery across the product lifecycle. In addition, this role assists with mayoclinic.org pre-release QA validation, HE&CS support and enterprise local SEO management.

Skills & Experience Required :

1. 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated success leading SEO strategy for enterprise or complex brands.
2. Perform ongoing performance analysis and diagnostics to understand what is driving (or limiting) discovery.
3. Experience with website migrations or large-scale redesigns; ensuring SEO best practices are incorporated from planning through post launch validation, including site architecture, content mapping, redirect strategy, and search performance continuity.
4. Supported multi-location SEO efforts, including local landing page optimization, Google Business Profile management
5. Deep understanding of: Technical SEO fundamentals, On-page optimizati, and schema
6. Content-driven discovery
7. The evolving role of AI in search and answers.
8. Experience working in the weeds with data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, Google Search Console, and other common reporting platforms.
9. SEO Tools: Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC), Adobe Analytics (Customer Journey Analytics), Yext, Botify and Screaming Frog.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear POV.
