Responsibilities:

- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to our customer lists.

- Develop and manage SMS outreach campaigns that comply with legal standards and best practices.

- Craft compelling and personalized content for various audience segments.

- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

- Ensure all email and SMS campaigns comply with current email regulations and standards.

- Test campaigns across various devices to ensure quality and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with designers for graphic requests.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate email and SMS strategies with broader marketing goals.

- Following up on campaign conversions.

- Manage contact lists and segment data for targeted marketing efforts.

- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and SMS campaign management.

- Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored to digital communication.

- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Sendgrid, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Twilio)

- Excellent analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from campaign data.

- Understanding of data protection and privacy laws related to digital communication.
