ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


As an Email Marketing Strategist, you have complete ownership over a dedicated book of business. You determine the client’s email strategy and manage all work needed to execute this vision. As a mid-level role, you will work alongside our seasoned strategists to ensure a proper strategic approach. Our goal is to continue to grow your pre-existing email marketing capabilities.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Determineand pivot email strategy based on client historical performance, industry, goals, and best practices
  2. Analyze performance of email strategy continuously, and present findings to the client month over month with actionable insights
  3. Achieve at- or above-industry standard metrics for client’s email deliverables
  4. Project manage all email tasks associated with your clients, ensuring quality and timeliness
  5. Review all email deliverables for your clients, including copy, design, and automation
  6. Meet with clients throughout their contract at a minimum for monthly calls, but also as needed to answer questions or collaborate on strategic headwinds
  7. Coordinating with internal teams (Account Managers, Marketing Automation Specialists, Email Copywriters) to ensure the highest quality of deliverables and client success
  8. Identifying upsell opportunities


ABOUT YOU


  1. Experience in digital marketing
  2. Experience in email marketing strategy required
  3. Experience in Klaviyo, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot a plus
  4. Background with the ins and outs of email marketing automation and email copy/design best practices
  5. Ability to work with a book of business of 8-10 clients
  6. Process oriented
  7. Quick learner
  8. Ability to present data into a client narrative

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION


  1. Base Salary: USD $60,000.00 - $70,000.00; depending on experience and skills
  2. Commission eligible
