Paint Me Bear art studio — NYC & NJ

This role offers a monthly base salary + performance-based bonuses.

Prior experience required!

We are looking for someone who loves communication, writes clearly and beautifully, and can represent our brand through emails.

Responsibilities:

1. send email invitations to influencers to bring them to our studio
2. create email outreach for private events, birthdays, and corporate team-building experiences
3. write pitch emails to companies to introduce our brand and book new partnerships
4. respond to incoming private event requests + general inquiries
5. prepare follow-ups, thank-you emails, proposals, confirmations
6. track responses and manage communication in an organized and timely manner
7. etc. details in person.

You are a great fit if you:

1. write strong and professional emails in English
2. understand brand tone and can communicate emotion + value through text
3. are highly organized — nothing gets lost in your inbox
4. can manage multiple conversations at the same time
5. are proactive and not afraid to suggest ideas that bring new clients

Bonus points:

1. experience in email marketing or communications
2. familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platforms.

Compensation:

This role offers a monthly base salary + performance-based bonuses.

In addition to your monthly pay, you will receive bonuses for successfully bringing new bookings to the studio — private events, corporate events, influencer collaborations that convert into new customers.

We reward results:

1. every confirmed private event you close = bonus
2. every corporate partnership or booking you secure = bonus
3. influencer outreach that converts into studio visits or campaigns = bonus

Location: remote; ( NYC / NJ area is a plus)
