We’re looking for an Email Graphic Designer who thrives in a high-volume, performance-driven environment and takes real pride in their craft. This role is for someone who can move fast without sacrificing quality, who understands that every pixel has a purpose, and who’s confident enough to take minimal direction and turn it into on-brand, scroll-stopping creative.

The Role


As our Email Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling, conversion-focused email campaigns for a range of brands. You’ll be responsible for producing at least 8 email designs per day, including iterations and edits. Speed and stamina matter just as much as creativity.

You’ll often work with limited brand guidelines, which means you must be comfortable building visual systems, defining hierarchy, and crafting dimensional designs that feel polished and purposeful from scratch.


This is a highly autonomous role. We trust our designers to own their work, manage their time, and deliver review-ready assets without hand-holding. You’ll also communicate directly with clients, so professionalism and clarity are essential.

Occasional weekend availability is required for rare emergency edits, but this isn’t the norm. When it happens, we show up for our clients.

What You Bring

  1. 2–3+ years of experience designing email marketing campaigns
  2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
  3. Experience creating GIFs and animations for email
  4. Working knowledge of Figma (a plus)
  5. Deep understanding of email design best practices, layout systems, and responsive considerations
  6. The ability to work independently with minimal direction
  7. A sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, and composition
  8. A track record of delivering high-volume creative work without sacrificing quality
  9. Strong project management skills and comfort using tools like Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Productive.io
  10. Confidence in client-facing communication
  11. Knowledge of the cannabis industry (a bonus, not required)


First 90 Days

30 Days

  1. Learn our design and production workflow while collaborating with the team on active projects.
  2. Observe the team’s creative process and begin joining client meetings to understand brand guidelines, campaign goals, and client expectations.


60 Days

  1. Work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision while applying client brand standards.
  2. Produce multiple email creatives and related assets (e.g., banners, MMS, retail screens) and begin leading portions of client calls.


90 Days

  1. Become fully fluent in our production process and client needs while contributing strategic design ideas during client discussions.
  2. Take ownership of campaign execution and manage the creative workload for two enterprise client accounts, while supporting additional smaller-scope projects as needed.
