Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Electrical LLC. In this role, you will oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position is critical to our mission of providing top-notch electrical services.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
3. Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets using construction estimating software.
4. Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
6. Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and safety standards on construction sites.
7. Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems.
3. Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or Bluebeam is preferred.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
