An Electrical Engineer is needed for a company that by provides a vast portfolio of paper and packaging products in the Tucker, GA area. This position will develop migration path for older electrical components throughout division as they become obsolete including servos, PLCs, touchscreens.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain electrical control Cad drawings.

• Build, test and install upgrades and new machinery in plants.

• Provide electrical troubleshooting support for problems in the field.

• Build new panels as needed to test concepts.

• Train plants and new employees on software & control systems.

• Develop control logic and prints for new machinery and improvements.

• Develop migration path for older electrical components throughout division as they become obsolete including servos, PLCs, touchscreens.

• Modify servo control logic, programming PLCs and control logic.

• Backup and control all existing electrical software and programs.

• Build and develop touchscreen controls.
