We sell our products online and through educational distributors, reaching families, therapists, teachers, and special education professionals across North America. As a small, mission-driven team, every role matters, and the work you do directly impacts our ability to get these tools into the hands of the kids who need them!

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Assistant to join our remote team. This part-time role (10-15 hours/week, flexible schedule) is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and careful work. No prior e-commerce experience required—we're happy to train the right person. What we care about most is finding someone who is meticulous, proactive, and takes ownership of getting things right the first time. Duties

  1. Create and synchronize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
  2. Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and listing content to ensure accuracy
  3. Communicate with our manufacturing partners to coordinate production schedules and shipments
  4. Track shipments and resolve logistics issues as they arise
  5. Create and respond to Amazon Seller Central support cases
  6. Communicate professionally with retail partners and distributors

Qualifications

  1. Exceptional attention to detail (this is non-negotiable—small errors can be costly)
  2. Strong written communication skills
  3. Comfortable learning new software and platforms
  4. Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  5. Reliable internet connection and ability to respond to messages during business hours
  6. Experience with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, or supply chain is a plus but not required

Compensation: $16-25/hour depending on experience

Location: Remote, no in-person hours required

Schedule: Flexible, 10-15 hours/week
