Job Description:

Coastal Business Supplies is looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven eCommerce Coordinator & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital decoration industry (including dye sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, direct-to-film printing, and direct-to-garment printing) and a strong background in managing eCommerce platforms. This role requires someone who can not only optimize the user experience on CoastalBusiness.com but also craft compelling content that educates, inspires, and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Management:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of CoastalBusiness.com to ensure an optimized, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for improving site performance, customer experience, and sales growth.
  3. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure new products are accurately represented online with descriptions, images, and technical specs.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention, to continuously improve eCommerce performance.
  5. Oversee product categorization, and online merchandising to improve product discoverability.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing:

  1. Produce and curate high-quality content that highlights the latest trends and techniques in digital decoration, focusing on products such as dye sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, direct-to-film printing, and direct-to-garment printing.
  2. Create engaging blog posts, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media content that resonates with our audience.
  3. Coordinate with the creative team to produce visual assets that enhance brand messaging and improve conversion rates.
  4. Develop a content calendar that aligns with company goals, promotional schedules, and seasonal trends.
  5. Use SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.

Customer Engagement & Support:

  1. Manage customer feedback channels and collaborate with customer support to address product inquiries and improve the customer experience.
  2. Implement A/B testing and gather insights to personalize the customer journey and increase engagement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
  2. 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  3. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento is a plus).
  4. Proven ability to create engaging and informative content across digital channels.
  5. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content management best practices.
  6. Have a passion for, or the desire to learn, digital decoration, particularly in areas such as dye sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, and other printing techniques.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
