Title: Production Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12-month Contract

Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Director, the Production Support Engineer will be responsible for triaging and resolving production tickets from internal and external partners.

Technical Skills: PHP, Jira, SQL, Python, PowerShell, CI/CD Pipelines, AI IDE

Required Skills & Experience:

• Using the trouble ticketing system, manage the daily flow of issues.
• Respond to the requests for application support from business, operations and customers
• Identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting production functionally as well as performance
• Manage issue resolution in production environment for the application landscape
• Support and perform change tasks per instructions from application teams in production
• Monitor job alerts and respond timely

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for production support and incident resolution
• Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for advanced degree holders with a focus on engineering sciences, business administration, information technology or equivalent experience
• Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills; cross-cultural/language proficiency a plus; high energy and positive attitude required
• Ambiguity Tolerant and demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task in an environment of constantly changing priorities
• Pushes self and others to think about new innovation and ways to reduce production support tickets by application area
