Salary: $80K-$130K DOE

We are a family run business serving gardeners with organic premium pest control products. We are currently looking to grow our team, with the addition of a remote e-Commerce National Account Manager. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have relevant e-commerce experience within the lawn and garden industry, and have a strong marketing background.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and develop the ecommerce and omni-channel strategies, utilizing the ecommerce pillars (Selection, Content, Search, Inventory, and Marketing), to create long-term, sustainable growth
• Create and implement strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product assortment
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback
• Improve the online shopping experience by updating, managing and optimizing web content across the digital shopping ecosystem
• Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
• Monitor inventory levels
• Utilize web analytics and data-driven insights to track and report on e-commerce KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Established experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of driving online sales growth
• Proficient understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing
• Knowledge of the gardening or outdoor products industry is highly preferred
