Responsibilities: - Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth - Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, SEM, and email marketing - Monitor website analytics and use data-driven insights to improve performance and conversion rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives - Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings on the e-commerce platform - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce Skills: - Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling product descriptions and marketing content - Proficiency in social media marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement - Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and workflows - Knowledge of JavaScript for website customization and optimization - Familiarity with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques to improve search engine rankings - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing graphics and visuals for online marketing materials - Understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to track website performance - Knowledge of HTML5 for making website updates and improvements - Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing - Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, platforms, and best practices Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
