We are currently seeking an experienced and driven eCommerce Manager to oversee and execute product launches, all sales and reporting platforms, and work hand-in-hand with the merchandising team on strategies to execute promotions and markdowns while maintaining margin integrity and brand perceived value.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers by managing product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing our digital storefront, and managing storefronts for our Faire and Amazon offering. Key Responsibilities

1. Ownership of all eComm-related tasks and projects, including cross-departmental ownership of margin and profitability.
2. Orchestrate Collection Launches
3. Plan, organize, and execute product and collection launches to align with marketing and promotional strategies.
4. Coordination
5. Collaborate with graphic design and logistics teams to ensure timely updates, visual assets, and inventory readiness.
6. Product Pages Creation
7. Build and maintain product pages, ensuring accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and functionality.
8. Product Descriptions & SEO
9. Write engaging and SEO-optimized product descriptions to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
10. Tagging & Categorization
11. Implement accurate tagging and categorization for products to enhance discoverability and navigation.
12. Collection Pages
13. Design and merchandise collection pages to create a visually appealing and sales-driven layout.
14. Customer Feedback Monitoring
15. Regularly review and act on customer feedback and product reviews to improve the shopping experience.
16. Wholesale Platforms Management
17. Oversee wholesale platform operations such as Faire, including product uploads, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
18. Order Management
19. Monitor and manage the order process, ensuring a seamless customer journey from checkout to delivery.
20. Amazon Storefront Management
21. Collaborate with the merchandising team to update and maintain the storefront assortments for the Joyfolie Amazon account.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in eCommerce Management or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Faire).
3. Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital merchandising.
4. Experience with reporting and data analytics, Glew experience preferred.
5. Experience with product tagging, categorization, and content management systems.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Familiarity with wholesale platforms and order management processes is a plus.
9. Proficiency in excel and Google suite, specifically Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50-65k per year, based on
