Director, Omnichannel Marketing & Content Production, Cardiovascular

What you will do

In this vital role the Director, Omnichannel Marketing & Content Production (Cardiovascular – Repatha) will lead the end-to-end omnichannel engagement strategy, content ecosystem, and production operations across non-personal channels. This leader will be responsible for delivering high-impact, data-driven, and scalable customer experiences that drive behavior change among healthcare providers (HCPs) and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Brand Lead Executive Director, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, content, and analytics, requiring a balance of visionary leadership and operational excellence.


Omnichannel Strategy & Engagement

  1. Lead the integrated omnichannel strategy across digital and non-personal channels in close partnership with audience leads and promotional teams
  2. Orchestrate seamless customer journeys across web, CRM, paid media, social, and emerging channels
  3. Champion Customer 360 strategies, enabling personalization and optimized engagement across the HCP experience
  4. Partner with Global Commercial Capabilities and Analytics teams to design and deploy end-to-end, insights-driven campaigns

Content Strategy & Production at Scale

  1. Build and lead a high-performing content production engine, delivering high-quality, compliant content at scale
  2. Oversee modular content strategies, enabling reuse, speed, and personalization
  3. Drive innovation in AI-enabled content production and automation pilots
  4. Ensure alignment of content to channel strategy, audience needs, and brand priorities

Channel Leadership & Innovation

  1. Oversee strategy and execution across key channels:
  2. Digital Media (Display, OLV, CTV)
  3. Social & Influencer/Community Engagement (in partnership with Corporate Communications)
  4. CRM & Trigger-Based Communications (Email, SMS, marketing automation)
  5. Web, SEO & Search (including emerging GEO capabilities)
  6. Continuously evaluate and pilot emerging platforms, technologies, and engagement models

Analytics, Measurement & Optimization

  1. Lead a holistic measurement framework across channels and campaigns
  2. Partner with Commercial Data & Analytics to generate actionable insights and performance optimization strategies
  3. Drive test-and-learn agendas, enabling continuous improvement in ROI, engagement, and experience
  4. Scale best practices and optimization models

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Excellence

  1. Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team spanning omnichannel engagement, content production, CRM, web, and analytics
  2. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on innovation, agility, and accountability
  3. Partner across key cross-functional partners including HCP/IDN Marketing, Sales, Value & Access, Corporate Communications, Digital Technology, Regulatory, Legal and Medical teams
  4. Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class creative and execution
  5. Oversee budgets and ensure efficient, ROI-driven investment decisions

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience

OR

Master’s degree and 8 years of marketing experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of marketing experience


In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of progressive commercial or marketing experience in biopharma, healthcare, or related industries
  2. 3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  3. Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, and content operations at scale
  4. Experience implementing data-driven, customer-centric engagement models
  5. Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
  6. Experience driving innovation (e.g., AI, personalization, automation) in marketing ecosystems
  7. Demonstrated ability to balance strategy, execution, and operational excellence

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
