Special Projects Director opportunity with a top-tier General Contractor.

This person will oversee their portfolio of Special Projects/ Interior construction and manage a team of Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bay Area Special Projects division
• Manage, lead and mentor a team Project Managers
• Direct all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 15+ years of experience in project management for General Contractors
• Proficiency with Project Management software
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
