This is a high-level, glorified project manager — but one who understands the business deeply enough to manage specialists, enforce accountability, and fix what’s broken. This is taking the load off of the CEO who if he is not watching the departments things slack and break.
You are not here to just track tasks.
You are here to:
- See problems before they surface
- Understand how one breakdown impacts another
- Implement solutions quickly
- And make sure it doesn’t happen again
About the Role
We are a paid traffic-driven digital marketing agency focused on the legal industry.
We operate at scale:
- Hundreds of clients
- High inbound lead volume
- Remote call center (intake) to qualify leads into deals
- Performance-driven marketing teams
- Client billing, collections, onboarding, and retention layers
Your job is to tie all of it together into a functioning system.
What You Own
You are responsible for keeping the entire machine aligned:
- Marketing (paid traffic, performance, lead flow)
- Intake (remote call center, speed-to-lead, conversion)
- Billing (collections, spend control, cash flow discipline)
- Client Experience (onboarding, communication, retention)
You ensure:
Traffic → Lead → Contact → Conversion → Revenue → Retention
…operates cleanly, efficiently, and predictably.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Build and enforce KPIs, scorecards, and reporting systems across departments
- Run daily and weekly accountability with department leads
- Identify inefficiencies and push fixes through immediately
- Oversee call center performance:
- Connection rates
- Contact rates
- Follow-up systems
- Dialing systems (e.g., Convo dialer)
- Align marketing performance with intake results and revenue outcomes
- Ensure billing accuracy, collections, and client spend are controlled

- “Conversion dropped here → intake lag increased → lead quality is being blamed incorrectly”

You:
- Diagnose root causes
- Implement immediate fixes
- Build systems to prevent repeat failures
- Monitor proactively so problems don’t resurface
What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience inside a $25M+ digital marketing agency
- Deep exposure to paid traffic / lead generation at scale
- You’ve worked in environments with 100+ active clients and high lead volume
- Strong understanding of:
- Paid media performance
- Lead flow dynamics
- Call center / intake conversion - Convoso dialer
- Revenue and collections impact
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional departments
- Proven ability to manage subject matter experts without needing to be the expert
