This is not the role for you.

This is not a step-up opportunity.

This is not a “learn as you go” position.

This role requires someone who has already seen how a high-volume agency runs — and more importantly, where and how it breaks.

This Role, Simply Put

This is a high-level, glorified project manager — but one who understands the business deeply enough to manage specialists, enforce accountability, and fix what’s broken. This is taking the load off of the CEO who if he is not watching the departments things slack and break.

You are not here to just track tasks.

You are here to:

  1. See problems before they surface
  2. Understand how one breakdown impacts another
  3. Implement solutions quickly
  4. And make sure it doesn’t happen again

About the Role

We are a paid traffic-driven digital marketing agency focused on the legal industry.

We operate at scale:

  1. Hundreds of clients
  2. High inbound lead volume
  3. Remote call center (intake) to qualify leads into deals
  4. Performance-driven marketing teams
  5. Client billing, collections, onboarding, and retention layers

Your job is to tie all of it together into a functioning system.

What You Own

You are responsible for keeping the entire machine aligned:

  1. Marketing (paid traffic, performance, lead flow)
  2. Intake (remote call center, speed-to-lead, conversion)
  3. Billing (collections, spend control, cash flow discipline)
  4. Client Experience (onboarding, communication, retention)

You ensure:

Traffic → Lead → Contact → Conversion → Revenue → Retention

…operates cleanly, efficiently, and predictably.

What You’ll Actually Do

  1. Build and enforce KPIs, scorecards, and reporting systems across departments
  2. Run daily and weekly accountability with department leads
  3. Identify inefficiencies and push fixes through immediately
  4. Oversee call center performance:
  5. Connection rates
  6. Contact rates
  7. Follow-up systems
  8. Dialing systems (e.g., Convo dialer)
  9. Align marketing performance with intake results and revenue outcomes
  10. Ensure billing accuracy, collections, and client spend are controlled

You don’t just spot issues — you connect them.

  1. “Conversion dropped here → intake lag increased → lead quality is being blamed incorrectly”
  2. “This inefficiency is costing 1–2% here → multiplied across volume, that’s a real revenue leak”
  3. “We don’t have visibility on this → we need a dashboard/widget to track it”
  4. “This needs a stopgap now → long-term fix later”

You:

  1. Diagnose root causes
  2. Implement immediate fixes
  3. Build systems to prevent repeat failures
  4. Monitor proactively so problems don’t resurface

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

  1. Experience inside a $25M+ digital marketing agency
  2. Deep exposure to paid traffic / lead generation at scale
  3. You’ve worked in environments with 100+ active clients and high lead volume
  4. Strong understanding of:
  5. Paid media performance
  6. Lead flow dynamics
  7. Call center / intake conversion - Convoso dialer
  8. Revenue and collections impact
  9. Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional departments
  10. Proven ability to manage subject matter experts without needing to be the expert
