No Reserve Classics is a high-end classic and collector car online dealership. We are a rapidly growing company specializing in rare, custom, and investment-grade vehicles, many valued in the six-figure range.

As a subsidiary of The Hanna Group, No Reserve Classics continues to expand across multiple divisions, including vehicle sales, NR Service, NR Transport, and future digital growth initiatives. We operate in a niche luxury market where strong branding, digital performance, website reliability, customer experience, and lead generation directly impact company growth.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Director of Marketing and Web Development Manager to help manage, improve, and scale our digital presence across our website, marketing channels, ecommerce initiatives, analytics systems, and future digital platforms.

About the Role

The Director of Marketing and Web Development will be responsible for strengthening No Reserve Classics’ digital presence through website development, SEO, digital marketing strategy, analytics, conversion optimization, system improvements, and technical website oversight.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and marketing sides of digital growth, while also having the ability to improve internal systems and workflows. The right candidate should be able to manage website performance, improve user experience, support lead generation, build marketing funnels, analyze data, coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors, and help bring future digital initiatives to life.

In addition to website and marketing responsibilities, this person will help improve company efficiency by working with tools such as Monday.com to build better workflows, create process automations, improve reporting, streamline task management, and enhance communication across departments.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, service, transport, media, and content teams to ensure our digital platforms and internal systems properly support the No Reserve Classics brand, inventory, customer experience, operational efficiency, and long-term business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management

  1. Manage, maintain, and improve the company website for performance, usability, branding, and lead generation.
  2. Oversee website updates, page builds, landing pages, inventory presentation, forms, and customer-facing digital features.
  3. Improve website layout, navigation, page structure, button placement, and conversion flow.
  4. Identify and resolve website issues that affect user experience, lead generation, or brand presentation.
  5. Coordinate with website vendors, developers, and platform providers when needed.
  6. Monitor website stability across desktop, mobile, browsers, and devices.
  7. Support frontend website reliability, asset delivery, caching, redirects, and technical performance.
  8. Assist with planning and execution of future ecommerce, app, and auction-platform initiatives.
  9. Monitor and manage Cloudflare, caching behavior, frontend asset delivery, redirects, DNS settings, and website stability to ensure a reliable user experience across devices and browsers.

SEO & Website Performance

  1. Manage and improve SEO strategy, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, metadata, indexing, site structure, page speed, and search visibility.
  2. Monitor technical SEO health and identify issues that may affect rankings or website performance.
  3. Improve page titles, descriptions, content structure, internal linking, and search-friendly website architecture.
  4. Review website analytics, user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion data.
  5. Track and report on SEO performance, website traffic, lead sources, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Recommend and implement improvements based on data, analytics, and business priorities.

Digital Marketing & Growth

  1. Support and help execute digital marketing initiatives across website, email, social media, paid campaigns, lead funnels, and customer engagement channels.
  2. Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic to vehicle listings, service offerings, transport services, and future business lines.
  3. Create and manage landing pages, lead capture forms, campaign pages, and digital funnels.
  4. Help strengthen the No Reserve Classics brand across all digital touchpoints.
  5. Work with the social media and content teams to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with website goals, inventory priorities, and sales objectives.
  6. Support campaigns for inventory launches, featured vehicles, consignment opportunities, NR Service, NR Transport, and future ecommerce initiatives.
  7. Identify opportunities to increase website conversions, lead quality, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  1. Build, manage, and maintain reporting dashboards for website performance, marketing campaigns, traffic behavior, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
  2. Implement and manage tracking systems across website and marketing activity.
  3. Analyze customer journey data and identify friction points that may prevent inquiries or conversions.
  4. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  5. Use data to test, refine, and improve digital growth strategies.
  6. Help establish attribution systems to better understand where leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities are coming from.

Technology, Integrations & Systems

  1. Evaluate and recommend tools, plugins, platforms, integrations, automations, and digital systems that improve scalability and performance.
  2. Work with CRM systems, website platforms, lead tracking tools, automation platforms, analytics tools, and third-party integrations.
  3. Support technical marketing infrastructure, including forms, automations, email capture, lead routing, and customer engagement tools.
  4. Coordinate with vendors when needed for website, platform, infrastructure, or technical troubleshooting.
  5. Help support future development of customer-facing applications, ecommerce systems, and a white-label auction platform.
  6. Coordinate and troubleshoot website infrastructure tools and platforms, including Cloudflare, DNS, redirects, caching layers, third-party integrations, website vendors, and platform providers.

Monday.com, Workflow Automation & Process Optimization

  1. Manage and improve Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, workflows, and internal tracking systems.
  2. Build and optimize process automations to reduce manual work, improve accountability, and increase operational efficiency.
  3. Evaluate existing workflows and recommend system enhancements that improve communication, task management, reporting, and follow-through.
  4. Work with leadership and department heads to streamline internal processes across marketing, sales, operations, service, transport, and administrative functions.
  5. Create and maintain organized systems for project tracking, campaign management, lead flow, website updates, content schedules, and cross-department communication.
  6. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement digital solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, ecommerce, growth marketing, SEO, or a related technical marketing role.
  2. Strong understanding of website development, maintenance, optimization, and user experience.
  3. Experience with CMS platforms, website builders, frontend workflows, integrations, APIs, and basic full-stack development concepts.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, technical SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategy.
  5. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, tracking tools, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  6. Ability to analyze traffic, customer behavior, and campaign data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  7. Strong working knowledge of Monday.com, including board creation, dashboards, automations, integrations, workflow design, and process tracking.
  8. Experience building and improving internal systems to increase efficiency, accountability, communication, and operational visibility.
  9. Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
  10. Experience creating automations that reduce manual work, improve follow-up, and support better cross-department execution.
  11. Strong understanding of branding, customer experience, and online presentation.
  12. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  14. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, media, service, transport, and leadership teams.
  15. Automotive, luxury goods, ecommerce, marketplace, or high-ticket sales experience is preferred.
  16. Knowledge of classic, collector, muscle, exotic, or investment-grade vehicles is a strong plus.
  17. Strong working knowledge of Monday.com, including boards, dashboards, automations, workflow design, and process optimization.
  18. Experience creating or improving business systems, automations, and workflows to increase efficiency and accountability.
  19. Ability to analyze company processes and recommend system enhancements that improve organization, communication, reporting, and execution.
  20. Familiarity with Cloudflare, DNS management, caching behavior, redirects, frontend performance, and website infrastructure troubleshooting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. This person should be comfortable managing technical website responsibilities while also understanding how marketing, branding, SEO, analytics, content, and customer experience work together to generate leads and drive sales.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing and Web Development will play a key role in strengthening the digital foundation and operational efficiency of No Reserve Classics. This person will help manage and improve the company website, strengthen SEO, support digital marketing campaigns, increase lead generation, improve customer experience, and develop systems that support long-term company growth.

In addition to web development and marketing responsibilities, this role will also support internal process improvement through tools such as Monday.com, workflow automations, dashboards, reporting systems, and system enhancements. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, strengthen communication, and create better visibility across departments.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine web development, digital marketing, ecommerce strategy, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization to help No Reserve Classics scale effectively in the high-end classic and collector car market.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
