Strategic Planning and Implementation:

IT Infrastructure and Operations Management:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Manage data centers, networks, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
• Maintain and support IT systems, including email, CRMs, and websites.
• Ensure seamless integration with HubSpot, Stripe, and other applications.
• Manage IT budgets and document all systems and processes.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from a security standpoint.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for end-users.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Hire, train, and mentor IT staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and support departmental needs.
• Translate business requirements into project plans.
• Educate and train departments on IT systems and processes.

Results:

• Proper technology stack assessment and implementation.
• Smooth integration of all systems for customer and employee communication.
• Timely implementation of new systems and training.
• Well-managed vendor relationships.
• Adequate IT department staffing to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Director or similar role (3+ years in leadership).
• 8+ years in the technology field.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot and HubSpot integrations.
• Ability to develop and code new API integrations.
• Proficiency with web-based software platforms and content delivery systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and a proactive approach.
• Experience with G Suite, Zoom, and Asana.
