Future-Able is looking for a Direct Response Copywriter to join Naked & Thriving.

Naked & Thriving is a fast-growing skincare brand on a mission to change the beauty industry for good. We craft clinically effective, plant-based formulas with sustainability at the core, and we are building a globally recognized brand that delivers both results and impact.

We are building an in-house creative engine that blends strong brand storytelling with best-in-class performance marketing. This Direct Response Copywriter role is a key part of that engine.

We are looking for a copywriter who specializes in performance-driven messaging and knows how to write copy that converts without sacrificing brand voice or credibility.

What you will do

• Write high-converting copy for paid social ads, video scripts, and landing pages

• Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates benefits and drives action

• Translate ingredients, clinical results, and product details into benefit-led copy

• Partner closely with designers to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly

• Review performance insights and iterate quickly in a test-and-learn environment

• Contribute ideas for creative testing including hooks, angles, headlines, and CTAs

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience writing direct response copy, ideally for DTC beauty, skincare, or wellness

• Strong portfolio with examples of paid ad and landing page copy that performs

• Deep understanding of copy frameworks such as PAS, AIDA, and objection handling

• Ability to write multiple variations and rapidly test messaging angles

• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Role details

• Full-time

• Remote, EST working hours

• Reports to the Creative Director

• Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 USD
