Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Mail Specialist. The Direct Mail Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing direct mail campaigns, including design, printing, and mailing. They will also work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop effective direct mail strategies. Additionally, the Direct Mail Specialist will coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of mailings, process mailing lists, purchase lists for customers, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes from start to post office drop.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in direct mail campaigns and logistics management
• Knowledge of mail marketing strategies
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in print and design is a plus
